A lot of the requirements for the LMS are still vague and in order to ensure we scope it correctly and that it meets all of the various requirements and capabilities, we would do a digital roadmap workshop to very clearly layout all of the requirements and which phase each would fall into, etc.

During the workshop, we’ll take 2-3 hours (over video call or in person for local clients) with your team to learn as much as possible about your business, your target market and get clear on the success criteria for this project before we go off and do our research and develop the roadmap for you.
If you decide to go ahead with us to implement the LMS roadmap, we’ll credit the price of the roadmap against the price to implement it for you. If you decide to have us implement a portion of the LMS roadmap, we’ll credit back that percentage of the roadmap price back to the implementation.
