Annual Conference Production

AFP has over 30,000 individual and organizational members that raise over $100 billion annually, equivalent to one-third of all charitable giving in North America and millions more around the world.

The Association of Professionals (AFP) is a network of fundraisers that have inspired global change and supported efforts that generated over $1 trillion. They have chapters throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and other parts of the world. AFP also puts on events and conferences, engages the next generation, and gives out awards to distinguished fundraisers.

The A/V production company that was running point for their annual International Fundraising Conference in Baltimore, MD contacted us and asked us to produce the general sessions of the conference and provide art direction for the scenic and media slides. We provided mock-ups for the slides and created content for the scenic LED panels in the backdrop. During the general session, John Falke was the producer and show caller making sure everyone on the tech team was doing their part and that the general sessions went smoothly.
