With a number of moving parts for the project, we would suggest having a series of Digital Roadmap Workshop Sessions to align the goals and create a roadmap for a successful launch.
This workshop will focus on three core elements:
First, we’ll explore all of the details and criteria required for your project – who it’s for, why it’s important, what resources we have available and how it needs to be completed by when. This is a crucial step in forming the basis of our roadmap.
Second, we’ll map out a data migration plan and establish clear success criteria that will guide us towards achieving our goals.
Last, we’ll create a plan that outlines how best to pursue those success objectives within an agreed timeline.
If we are not the right for you then no problem – you can take away your plan and have other agencies quote on it instead. The total cost for these sessions is $2,500 which will be credited back against the project should you choose us to implement the roadmap afterwards.
